The only minor complaint is that the privacy shutter clips on - a feature in one sense since you can just leave it off - but it slides off easily when attempting to open or close the shutter when mounted. The Logitech C920 is still the best bestcam you can buy today despite being much older than most of its competition.
We're using separate PC speakers which I prefer to the built in stereo speakers although they work well too.
